These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the invest100.now website and the purchase of the €100 ticket from 1000X, d.d. By using the website or buying a ticket, you accept these terms.
1. The ticket
The “€100 ticket” is a one-time payment to 1000X, d.d. entitling the buyer to enter the investor onboarding process. Once the payment is received on the bank account of 1000X, d.d. and onboarding (KYC) is completed, the €100 is credited as the buyer's first investment contribution to 1000X, d.d. under the terms of the investment documents provided during onboarding.
2. How to buy
You request a proforma invoice through the form on invest100.now, receive a proforma with our IBAN and a unique payment reference (SI99), and transfer €100 via SEPA credit transfer. There are no card payments and no third-party payment processors on this website.
3. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer under Slovenian and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason, by written notice to info@invest100.now. In that case, 1000X, d.d. will refund the €100 to the bank account from which the payment was made, within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice. Once onboarding is completed and the €100 is credited as an investment contribution, withdrawal is governed by the investment documents signed at onboarding.
4. Eligibility
Buyers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. 1000X, d.d. reserves the right to refuse a ticket sale or investor onboarding where required by law (for example, sanctions, AML, or investor-suitability rules).
5. No investment advice
Nothing on invest100.now constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. The content is provided for general information only. Read the Risk Information and Investment Information pages before deciding to buy a ticket.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Slovenian law. The competent court is the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of 1000X, d.d. Consumers retain the protections of mandatory law in their country of residence.
