The €100 ticket is the entry point into the invest100.now programme: a monthly contribution of €100 for 10 years to a portfolio managed by 1000X, d.d. The first €100 is paid at the time of the ticket purchase; further monthly contributions are agreed as part of investor onboarding.

The €100 ticket is not a security, not a listed instrument, and not a public offering under Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 (the Prospectus Regulation). It is an invitation to enter a bilateral contractual relationship with 1000X, d.d. subject to onboarding, KYC, and suitability requirements.

Before your ticket becomes an investment contribution, 1000X, d.d. must verify your identity and source of funds in accordance with the Slovenian Anti-Money-Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act (ZPPDFT-2). You will be asked to provide official identification and to confirm basic information about your investor profile.

The ticket price is €100. There are no additional purchase fees charged by 1000X, d.d. Ongoing management, performance, or exit fees, if any, are described in the investment documents provided at onboarding.

Investors receive periodic reporting on their contributions and the performance of 1000X, d.d. in accordance with Slovenian company law and the investment documents.
